1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PPX ("PPX", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://ppx.lat and all associated services, products, features, and content made available through the PPX platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any portion of the PPX platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.

PPX operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia. Our platform is available in English and is designed for use by adults aged 21 years and above. PPX is committed to responsible gambling practices and full compliance with applicable regulations.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. PPX strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and gambling activities. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

• You must not currently be self-excluded from PPX or any affiliated gaming service, nor be registered on any voluntary or mandatory exclusion register.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder.
• You must be capable of entering into alegally binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

When registering an account with PPX, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. PPX uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations.
• Keep your username, password, and any security credentials strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• Notify PPX immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account via our24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected].

KYC Verification

PPX applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the payment channel is in your name)

Withdrawals above specified thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. PPX reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All player funds on PPX are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). PPX accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay
• Online banking via DuitNow and FPX
• Direct bank transfer: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
• Cryptocurrency: BTC, USDT, ETH (subject to conversion at prevailing rates)

The minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. PPX does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. All deposits are subject to verification before funds are credited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. PPX reserves the right to process withdrawals within up to 24 hours in circumstances requiring additional review. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawal must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit and confirmed as belonging to the account holder.
• All KYC requirements must be satisfied prior to the first withdrawal.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met before withdrawal is permitted.
• PPX reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawals above MYR 10,000.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM50 unless stated otherwise.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PPX offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and VIP rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Bonus Funds and any winings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, per device, and per IP address.
• PPX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only and are non-transferable.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated play, or misrepresentation — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

PPX reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the PPX platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, live football, lottery, and arcade — operate under the following general rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games and sports betting, by genuine real-world events and dealer actions.
• PPX sources games from certified providers whose titles carry independently audited Return to Player (RTP) figures. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, any unsettled bets will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. PPX accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnection beyond our control.
• If a game error, software malfunction, or technical fault occurs that affects the integrity of a bet, PPX reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.
• For sports betting markets, PPX's settlement decisions are final once results are confirmed. Settlement is based on official results from recognised governing bodies. Any subsequent result changes will be handled in line with our sports betting rules.

Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and player tier. PPX reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced limits as part of their membership tier benefits.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PPX platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and notification to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or controlling more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in ways not expressly permitted.
• Coluding with other players or acting in concert to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another player's account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward PPX staff or other players via any support channel.
• Circumventing self-exclusion measures or exclusion registers through the use of new accounts or altered personal details.

9. Responsible Gambling

PPX is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling across all aspects of our platform. Gambling on PPX should be an entertaining activity conducted within personal financial means. The following provisions underpin our responsible gambling obligations:

• Age Restriction: This platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. No person under 21 is permitted to register, deposit, or wager on PPX under any circumstances.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: PPX provides optional session duration reminders so that players can monitor their time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break may request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours,7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no new registrations under the same identity will be accepted.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the PPX platform — including but not limited to the PPX brand name and logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, visual elements, and audio — is the proprietary property of PPX or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.

Any unauthorised use of PPX intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PPX excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Interruptions, downtime, or delays in platform availability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, server failures, or force majeure events.
• Any gambling losses sustained through normal gameplay on the platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate information provided in good faith on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by PPX's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. PPX's total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the affected player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting PPX support at [email protected] or via24/7 live chat. Upon account closure, any Player Funds remaining in the account balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to standard KYC checks and the absence of any pending investigations.

12.2 Termination by PPX

PPX reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months without any login activity.

In cases of account closure due to a material breach of these Terms, PPX reserves the right to withold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Player Funds (deposits minus any forfeited amounts) will be returned where legally required.

13. Amendments to These Terms

PPX reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, PPX will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Your continued use of the PPX platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated provisions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

The date on which the Terms were last updated is clearly displayed at the top of this page. PPX recommends that all players review this document periodically.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Prior to escalating any dispute to formal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact PPX directly via [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. PPX undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
